What to know
- The application lists storage buildings, garages, patio covers, carports, pergolas, arbors, decks and gazebos as structure types.
- Structures may not encroach into utility or drainage easements.
- Detached structures must be at least 6 feet from the house and at least 3 feet from side and rear property lines.
