Who can apply & how
- Applications go to the Permit Technician through the city's online portal or by email to permits@stephenvilletx.gov. The Building Official reviews plans; once approved, a payment link is emailed.
- Review takes at least 48 hours, starting 9:00 a.m. the day after the city receives the application.
- No work may be done until a permit has been issued. Homeowners acting as their own contractor can schedule inspections in the portal.
